Welcome to the Auberge le Bouc Bleu


United both by friendship and love of their profession, Romain Hertrich, the chef and Romain Lambert, the sommelier make the perfect team to make you discover genuine cuisine together with a nice guest service.

They both like to share their passion in a pleasant atmosphere proposing harmony with local products and fine wines.

The intimate setting will make you appreciate a relaxing moment enjoying the delicate menus realized with fresh and seasonal products pairing with a large choice of wines selected with care.

MANDATORY EUROPEAN HEALTH PASS from the 9th August 2021

Please present us with a valid health pass on arrival. A systematic check will be carried out.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome people who are not in compliance.

Health Pass conditions:

- Proof of full vaccination against Covid-19 including 7 days after the 2nd injection
- A test result demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days and less than 6 months
- Proof of a negative PCR or antigenic test less than 24 hours.
